Somerset Riverview, which opened in October 2009, is owned and operated by the Ascott Group. The building is centrally
located in the downtown Wuhou District at 1 Renmin Road at South Section 3, where Renmin Road (Chengdu's main artery) crosses
the Linjiang River. The property is just 15 minutes walk from the shopping and transportation hub at Tianfu Square.
Transportation will be provided to and from
school and for the weekend excursions, departing from the Somerset Riverview.
The modern, luxurious and furnished apartment options include Executive Studios (68 square-meters),
Premier Studios (78 square-meters) and One Bedroom apartments (108 square-meters). There are also larger two-bedroom
apartments on request. Many units have river views, and all have access to a rooftop garden with picnic tables.
We have secured a discounted group
rate, which is lower than any Internet rate, and will help you with reservations should you decide to book. However, each
participant will be responsible for paying his or her own bill via credit card.
Costs: the group discounted rates, including 15 percent
tax and breakfast, range from approximately $100 USD for a studio to $125 USD for a one-bedroom per night.
